Refunds
If any case your refund is approved your amount will be credited within 5 to 6 business day to the original payment method.
Our team will put its best effort into designing a concept that is appropriate for our clients. Our astrology services have delighted thousands of customers in the past, and our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the services we offer, you can return them within 3 days. All refunds will be made after we deduct the Service Tax and the Hourly charges.
Refunds are processed via reversal of the previous transaction if the payment was made online with debit, credit, or net banking.
We understand that there may be situations where you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In such cases, we request you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being considered as completed and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy

This includes, but is not limited to, scenarios such as service unavailability, pricing errors, or inaccurate information. If an order is cancelled by AstorPe after payment, a full refund will be issued.
The Insightful Energy Worker, Consultations (Call Feature):
Refunds will not be processed for missed calls due to the user providing an incorrect contact number, being in a low network area, or failing to answer the call. Users are advised to ensure they are reachable during the scheduled call time.
Subscription Services
In case of delays in activating subscription services, refunds on a pro-rata basis may be considered.
